CA Nitesh Gupta

CA Nitesh Gupta, BSC, FCA, is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2004. His area of specialization includes Auditing in the Banking, Insurance, and Finance sectors. He has effectively discharged his duties as an avid professional by providing specialized consultancy in the areas of Project Financing, Subsidies, and Project Setup. In 2013-14, he was nominated to the Central Committee of ICAI, namely the Committee on Financial Markets and Investor Protection. While working in the Committee, he organized a large number of Investor Awareness Programs and was instrumental in the preparation of memorandums. He was a special invitee to the Digital Accounting and Assurance Board of ICAI for the year 2018-19. In the 2015 Elections of ICAI, he won his elections to the Central India Regional Council and became the Secretary of CIRC for the year 2016-17. In 2017-18, he was the Chairman of the Students association (CICASA), and in 2018-19, he was the Treasurer of CIRC. The jurisdiction of the Central India Regional Council (CIRC of ICAI) is spread over the states of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Rajasthan, comprising more than 60,000 Chartered Accountants and more than 4.00 lacs students. Apart from his positions at ICAI, CA Nitesh Gupta was also nominated to the Zonal Advisory Board of LIC of India (North Central Zone) for the period 2018-2020 and was re nominated for the period 2020-22. He has qualified limited insolvency exam conducted by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) and is a Resolution Professional (RP). Currently, he is banking cell chairman of LAGHU UDYOGH BHARTI, Agra and is actively participating in day-to-day activities. He is a regular faculty member at various forums, including ICAI, ICSI, LIC of India, MSME Agra, etc. He is having a rich experience in providing guidance to entrepreneurs about systems and processes in the working of MSMEs, how to raise funds from the Market at the very best valuations, how to get the sales enhanced etc. He has also been active in social activities, being part of a large number of social organizations and taking key initiatives for the cause of society.

CA Nikhil Gupta

CA Nikhil Gupta is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2004. He has attained a diploma in Information System Audit [DISA] program of the ICAI and has also qualified for the Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks & Qualified Certificate Course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection conducted by Digital Accounting and Assurance Board (DAAB) of ICAI. He possesses expert knowledge in Accounting, Auditing, Direct & Indirect Taxation, and Appeals. He handles Bank Audits, PSU Audits, and has immense knowledge of GST. He specializes in designing and executing internal control systems for large organizations and provides consultancy in project preparation and project financing. He has authored a Book on GST and is regular speaker on GST on various forums including branches of ICAI, Trade Association etc

CA Raj Gupta

CA Raj Gupta is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) Since 2022. He is a young and dynamic Chartered Accountant. He has also qualified Bachelor's of Commerce (B.Com) and Diploma in Computer Applications (DCA). His area of expertise is Insurance Industry. He has key interest in the Insurance Industry and a great experience in advising businesses to keep themselves insured in the most effective manner. He is regularly analyzing various insurance companies.

Ruchi Gupta

Ms. Ruchi Gupta is PHD, MBA and Masters in Commerce. She has the ability to guide and motivate young entrepreneurs. Her analytical skills has resulted business to understand how to plug revenue leakage.

Shikha Gupta

Ms. Shikha Gupta is commerce and a law graduate and a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with more than 18 years of experience in the areas of Secretarial, Corporate, and Legal Affairs.
Apart from being a rank holder in the CS examinations and the College topper during her Law graduation, she has also won several accolades both at Regional and National levels from the ICSI.
She is a regular faculty at the EIRC of ICSI, EIRC of ICAI, and EIRC of ICWAI, its chapters, and study circles.
With almost 2 decades of Corporate Exposure, Ms. Gupta has recently set foot into Practice.
